My mission is to inspire you to defy the ordinary and stretch beyond your current level, making a significant difference in the world around you. This belief led me to develop the Leadership reDEFYned™ platform, designed to ensure success for all individuals who dare to challenge traditional leadership standards.

 

Through my engaging and motivational keynote speaking engagements, I bring real-world leadership and career concepts to life. I also offer customized workshops and leadership development training, all focused on helping you identify your strengths, overcome barriers, and own your path to a successful future. My approach is never "cookie-cutter" because I know that authentic leadership, rooted in your core strengths and values, is what truly drives transformation.

 

I'm particularly passionate about serving women and underrepresented groups, including the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, providing a keen focus on empowerment and leadership growth. I've had the privilege of working with leaders at organizations such as Google, Delta, Novartis, Uber, and many more, guiding them to unlock their true potential and create a lasting legacy.
